There are a lot of things competing for our childrens’ attention these days.

Between video games and the latest YouTuber, it’s hard to know what is and isn’t good in their diet of online media consumption. Our kids are doing more online now than they ever were before.

Completely unplugging isn’t realistic for most families. Why not give kids a kind of screen time parents can feel good about?

Educators have been recommending Dungeons & Dragons as a great activity for kids for decades.

It unlocks their creativity, builds social skills, and includes academic fundamentals like literacy and math. Many of today’s successful business leaders and professional creatives cite their experiences playing DnD as kids in preparing them for their future careers. Problem-solving, critical thinking, and teamwork are all necessary to navigate a DnD campaign.

But it can be challenging for parents to help their kids play. Finding other kids to play with, scheduling a regular time, and learning all the rules of the game can be a daunting task for a time-strapped parent.

That’s why we created
The Undiscovered Lands.

We host DnD games over Zoom that offer a fun, safe, and inspiring two hours to kids every week.

Kids from all over the country meet in regular groups to play as characters in fantasy worlds brought to life through painted miniatures, 3d printed scenes, illustrations, music, and their own creativity.

Each game engages kids’ “theatre of the mind” while inspiring problem-solving, teamwork, and creativity. But don’t tell them that. They’re just having fun building a story together.
